When I first came to Okewela; my division, I found that this is going to be a job dealing with creativity, humanity and yes,  lot of responsibility too. After going through a eight months training period and various trainings still there is lot to learn and experience.
When speaking about our division it is comparatively a small division in Sri Lanka.Okewela is a rural division, situated in Hambantota district at the border of the Matara District.
